G&M Training & Services, LLC, opened in 2002 to serve the private sector’s need and demand for OSHA-required safety services. We specialize in developing and delivering safety training programs for your company’s entire workforce. We also consult, perform safety audits, make recommendations for improving overall job site safety and correcting safety issues, and assist companies in developing and implementing OSHA-required safety programs. We have also assisted companies with OSHA injury and fatality investigations.

Gilbert is a Hispanic, bilingual professional with a master’s degree in Business Administration, a bachelor’s degree in Organization Management, and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management. He has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of OSHA regulations, labor laws, labor relations (union and non-union), E.P.A., and EEOC regulations and guidelines. 

He has been a 10 and 30-hour Construction and General Industry Authorized Outreach Program Trainer for over 25 years. He is also a HAZWOPER Trainer with certifications from FEMA. He is a certified trainer for ASSTA Flagger Trainer, American Heart Association CPR Instructor, and NFPA 70E Electrical Safety Instructor, Excavation Competent Person Trainer. 

G&M Training & Services provides safety-related services for companies in the manufacturing industry, construction companies, refineries, pipeline industry, chemical manufacturers, pre-cast concrete industry, food manufacturers and processors, colleges, recycling facilities, as well as community service organizations, workforce development groups, and non-profit organizations. 

We are also regularly contracted to assist other safety companies in our area in performing safety training for their customer base.

Why Is CPR Important?

Cardiopulmonary

Resuscitation (CPR) is a crucial lifesaving procedure for someone whose heart has stopped or is no longer breathing. Within the first 4 minutes of the arrest, brain damage is not likely, and there’s still a chance of survival.

Brain

Damage could occur within 4-6 minutes, reaching the beginning of brain death. Brain damage is likely within 6-10 minutes, and the person may suffer ongoing issues after being resuscitated. Brain death is expected to occur after 10 minutes of the arrest, and there’s a slim chance of surviving.
